RESERVATIONS:

Confirmation: Guests may use the online reservation system to make a reservation or you may call us and we will process your reservation. A reservation confirmation will be sent by email when the reservation has been guaranteed with a deposit. Once your confirmation is received, please review the information to ensure accuracy.  

Deposit: A reservation deposit is required to guarantee room reservations in the amount of 50% of the subtotal. A full deposit is required on a one-night stay. Deposits will be charged at the time of booking, and may be provided via credit card; we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Rates are based on one or two people. The balance is due upon check-in.

CANCELLATIONS

Notification of cancellation or arrival date or departure date change must be received more than 21 days prior to the confirmed reservation dates. Cancellations made 21 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $35.00 processing fee per reserved room. Cancellations must be made by telephone.

Guests cancelling reservations within 21 days of arrival or checking out early will be charged the full reservation. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended if you have concerns about your travel plans. We offer travel insurance at the time of booking, please select this option when making your reservation online or over the phone.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Standard check-in is from 3PM to 5PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, we will send you instructions to find your room and your door lock code. Please call or text on the day of your arrival to make arrangements, and we will be happy to assist you. Check-out is at 10AM.

CHILDREN

Yellow House is best suited for adults and children over the age of 16.

SMOKING

Yellow House offers a non-smoking environment both inside the inn and outside on the grounds.

PETS

Yellow House is not able to accommodate pets.
