Confirmation: Guests may use the on-line reservation system to make a reservation or you may call us and we will process your reservation. A reservation confirmation letter will be sent by email when the reservation has been guaranteed with a deposit. Once your confirmation is received, please review the information to ensure accuracy. Please note for guests booking a one-night stay we will do our best to honor your room selection but please note at times it may not be possible to reserve a specific room.
Deposit: A reservation deposit is required to guarantee room reservations in the amount of a deposit of 50% for a stay of two or more nights, per room, plus tax. A full deposit is required on a one-night stay. Deposits will be charged at the time of booking, and may be provided via credit card; we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Rates are based on one or two people. The balance is due upon check-in.Cancellations
Notification of cancellation or arrival date or departure date change must be received more than 21 days prior to the confirmed reservation dates. Cancellations made 21 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $35.00 processing fee per reserved room. Cancellations must be made by telephone.
Guests cancelling reservations within 21 days of arrival or before scheduled departure forfeit their deposit and will be charged for the full reservation unless we are able to rebook the reservation. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended if you have concerns about your travel plans.Check-in / check-out
Check-in is from 3PM to 6PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call in advance of the day of your arrival to make arrangements. Check-out is at 11AM.Children

Yellow House offers a non-smoking environment both inside the inn and outside on the grounds.Pets
